Today, I stopped by a Target and noticed that they just stocked up Allen & Ginter's 2013. I checked the Value Packs and found one Hot Pack that contain a frame card. Not sure if it is autograph or not. Then, I search through all the retail packs and found two Hot Packs. I checked them both and found that one is a frame card and the other is a full size relic card. So I kept the pack that contain the frame and put the relic back with all the other packs.
